Judge Rules Lawsuit Against Johns Hopkins University can Proceed Regarding Its Failure to Issue Tuition Refunds after Shifting Classes Online
A federal judge recently ruled in favor of Francis Mailman Soumilas, P.C., and our client in a class-action lawsuit against Johns Hopkins University (JHU) regarding the school’s failure to partially reimburse tuition payments after the school shifted to online-only classes in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result of the court’s ruling,
