IntegraScan is a consumer reporting agency that provides background information on consumers for a fee. If you are notified that an IntegraScan background check containing errors has been used against you, you have the right to dispute the errors, and have them investigated and corrected. IntegraScan will have 30 days to verify the information in your report. If they cannot verify that it is correct, they must remove it.
If IntegraScan violates your rights under the FCRA, you have the right to sue them for damages.
