Client applied for employment with Omni Interactions in April 2021. Omni requested a background check from EZScreen In response, EZScreen produced an inaccurate background check report. The inaccurate information was a felony charge which was plead to a misdemeanor and the Judgment of a misdemeanor was entered by the Court. EZScreen was inaccurately reporting the case as a felony conviction. As a result, Client was denied for employment.
