Biography
KSANDROS CANI joined Francis Mailman Soumilas, P.C. in 2025 and has a passion for consumer advocacy. In his time at the firm, Ksandros has represented classes of consumers in cases involving some of the most common marketplace harms, such as inaccurate credit reporting — including duplicative student loan reporting and improperly reported charge-off accounts — as well as employer failures to provide proper notice to employees of adverse action. Ksandros has also worked on some more novel and cutting-edge cases such as those involving “zombie mortgages.”
Ksandros earned his undergraduate BS degree from Saint Joseph’s University. Ksandros then earned his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in New York City. Philadelphia is where Ksandros and his family settled as Albanian immigrants, and his love for the city and its people is what brought him back home. Ksandros is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, as well as before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
