Biography
ETHAN SIEGEL joined Francis Mailman Soumilas, P.C. in 2026. He is an advocate motivated by serving his community, and at FMS, Ethan represents consumers harmed by corporations and governments when those entities violate consumer protection laws, particularly the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Prior to joining FMS, Ethan spent four years representing vulnerable Texans as a legal aid attorney in Texas. He has experience litigating landlord-tenant and contract disputes and has represented consumers in debt collection and deceptive trade practices claims. After returning to the East Coast, Ethan represented the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in disciplinary litigation against professional licensees who harmed consumers.
Ethan obtained his B.A. in Philosophy from Rutgers University and his law degree cum laude from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Texas.
