Travis Martindale-Jarvis is a relentless practitioner who takes pride in aiding Plaintiffs in their claims against sophisticated businesses that engage in all types of deceptive, unfair, and fraudulent business practices. Travis joined the class action practice of Francis Mailman Soumilas, P.C. in 2021, where he represents Plaintiffs in a class capacity, primarily in Federal Court.
Prior to joining FMS, Travis was a Partner of Swartz Swidler, LLC, another highly regarded Plaintiffs’ class action firm. There, he represented individual and class Plaintiffs in employment law matters in state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. This included a 16,500-person class action against a trucking company that settled for more than $16,000,000.
Travis graduated from The College of New Jersey in 2011, where he was both a college Ambassador and president of the New Jersey Delta Chapter of Phi Kappa Psi. There, he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and minored in Economics. Travis obtained his Juris Doctorate at Rutgers School of Law – Camden, in 2014.
Travis is admitted to practice in The District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Travis has been admitted pro hac vice, in the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the Eastern District of Tennessee, the Middle District of Tennessee, the Northern District of Georgia, the Southern District of Indiana, the Eastern District of Arkansas, the Western District of Arkansas, the District of Minnesota, and the Southern District of New York.
